- Join along for a trip in my life as an airline pilot. This trip we have two layovers with one in Orlando and the other in Cleveland. I share my travels incorporating my workouts, runs and food choices. After spending more than 30 years in a traveling job, I can relate to this! It's much less glamorous than people expect, and requires significant discipline and sacrifice! You're doing a bang up job of it, Joey!

When you are on your schedule is crazy so it's good that you get several days to recharge and recover, so many people complain when their flight gets delayed without taking into consideration the flight crew are delayed as well, great video as always Joey!!

What do you do with your sweaty clothes after hitting the gym while on work trips? Do you just throw it in your suitcase. I travel for work a lot as well and try to stay in my gym routine.

Hi Joey. I’m a soldier & you’re super inspiring. I’m also deployed at different units nationwide & sometimes it’s quite hard to maintain while constantly having to adjust to a new environment cause I tend to overeat when stressed or tired or the delicious foods tempt me right there lol. Do you have cheat days? What keeps you motivated? Do you naturally have a passion to live a healthy lifestyle or do you consider it a part of your job?
Hey thanks so much. And yes I just love the healthy lifestyle. But yes I do have cheat meals and if I do I know my workouts will burn it off. The progress keeps me motivated

Love your vids man, I’m aspiring to become a pilot and hopefully I can start my airline career with frontier, since they have a cvg base. Do you plan on staying with frontier long term or are you planning on the legacies( delta, United, American, etc.)

Question?? Lmk are you a real pilot? Your just "the first officer" so technically you a many many years until you become a captain!! Not to mention you work for the top worst airlines in the world!!! Frontier is a nightmare everytime ive flown them total of 4 times its like going to the your local walmart you know your into a bad shopping experience so dont fly the greyhound of airlines Frontier sucks!!!! I only fly American or united but Frontier you might as well be a greyhound bus driver😢
