As a RN, I heard you say you have had ankle pain for 4 weeks. That may need a bit of attention to ensure you haven’t injured it more than just muscle or soft tissue. I have heard Ortho Docs say sometimes it’s better to have a fracture than a sprain where you still may require intervention such a a boot to rest and heal the area. After 4 weeks, you may consider seeing an Orthopedic Dr. You have amazing work and workout ethic and you are young. You don’t want to develop issues with an ankle that can show up off and on as you age. Just a thought.
When I was a boy (5-years old), my TWA flight from STL to LAX was cancelled because of a blizzard, so TWA put me and my mother up in a hotel. We chanced upon our flight crew in the hallway of the hotel, pilots, flight attendants, and I invited them out to dinner. That was a very memorable meal.
