The 68 is my preference as well on this amp 🤟

Love the 72 as well but my heart is definitely set on the 68 mode.

I love your playing; it is easy to lock on to your Rhythm. When you play equipment that inspires you it is so easy to "get lost" in the playing, but OMG that has to be LOUD. I have a 100-watt Marshall Super Lead with master volume and at even at 3-4 on the Volume it is so loud I don't play it; I am thinking of buying a Ceriatone 50-watt Chupacabra. I have a couple different 50-watt combos (one Marshall and one Mesa) and a 50 turned up to about 4 is plenty loud 4 me.

Thanks so much for the kind words! It can certainly throw some serious decibels back at you but lucky I have an Ox Box for the studio and a power station attenuator for live that kick it back down to a reasonable level without much loss in the normal tone. I pretty much always leave channel one about 2/3 up in volume and then about half way on channel 2 jumpered together. Really gets in to that hendrix territory nicely with single coils

How are you still liking the amp? Been looking at one, any pros and cons you have found ?

Still loving the amp. I’m predominantly using it for Hendrixy tones but I’ve also dialed in some 70’s rock stuff and it’s killed it in both aspects. Only real drawback is the volume. Luckily I’ve got an ox box for the studio and a power station for live that dial it back perfectly. If you’re on the hunt for a plexi that can cover most of the big decades that made it famous this is the one!
