i just realized that the reason kingpin's wife and son appeared on the subway train was because he was strangling miles the same way he strangled peter parker back at his house when vanessa and richard caught him (which then lead to their deaths as they didn't see the truck coming when escaping kingpin)

I mean he definitely is great and I would like to say stronger than the other 6 we saw in this movie, but that Spider-Man just fought Green Goblin and Prowler by himself.
