There should be a moratorium suspending building on the hills and slopes around Freetown. This catastrophe is because of soil erosion, and i am thankful, that no lives were lost. But as long as people continue to build houses and other structures in these areas, haparzdedly, and with abandon, these types of mudslides will continue.
