- Itzy yeji talks about her school life before and after she became a trainee. She didn't have much confidence when it comes to singing before becoming an idol. Even itzy yeji paid all of her efforts practising, the result isn't as good as she expected which makes her sad and frustrated. Sometimes she practised for a whole day to prepare monthly evaluation. In middle school, itzy yeji is glad that many friends supported her and willing to approach her first despite her cold look. After becoming a trainee in and went to high school, she didn't get to participate in the festivals in school and she use most of the time for singing or dance practice. And thinks that actually she is a well-connected person. What becomes her confidence is their fans midzy. With fans' support, she has more energy on stage and is not nervous anymore.

i got sad when she mentioned that she would practice hard all day but that she wasn’t able to show it all at the evaluation because of nervousness and lack of confidence and that she was frustrated and sad as a trainee🥺😭

She has always been a cool person. There was a Korean article about Yeji last month and there were some people who commented that they used to be classmates of Yeji, and they said that she was always nice to everyone at school.

The whole tsundere "cold looking, but actually warm" persona has worked extremely well for others, I personally like it and it's a nice contrast from the high energy prototype the k-pop industry churns out. There's a lot of things about Itzy's members I hope never change to conform with generic industry standards.
That's why Yeji deservse alot of love from midzys she is working hard and as a midzy i will give the love and support for our girls harder than they think🙂😊❤

Yeji has a really cool, "cold queen" looking face but that's what I like about her visuals, it makes her look badass and expensive. She looks cold but is nice once you know her and I find that really interesting.
Speaking of her visuals, I can see her act in a kdrama as a vampire. She just gives of the vibes to me, with her cat eyes, pale skin and just the look, plus her favourite color is black and she looks good in black.

everyone should think that they’re humans too, imagine working hard for years and being hated just because she looks so cold, don’t think that it’s just easy for them, every idol had been through things like this so i hope we can appreciate all the talents they showed and imperfections they have.
