Well it does have it and the other genres seem not to express it with such clarity and conviction. Techno has that thing jazz had/has: creative complexity that inspires a freedom to push the genre into always new avenues and fields. Experimentation is intrinsic to Techno. It's in it's blood.
When the master plays, there is a different flavour to one's attention and listening has a depth that isn't normally present in our daily aural encounters. There becomes an opening in the consciousness that allows the Techno sermon to be received at a deeper level and CC's beats have a direct pathway to that visceral region resident in the emotion and sensation region of the body... the gut! The sublime experience of absorbing everything with hard ass sparkling spirituality. In short... CC is style and a wizard of substantial depth. Authentic it glides from dark to sparkle sans effort. Take no fake players. Authenticity is apparent and clear. The master plays from the soul, heart and higher conscious mind. To see that is to know it. To the international tribe of compassion and conscious action, Music unites us all. I gather all my loving concentrated attention and let it flood the hearts of tyrannical dictators across the globe and bring a glow of kindness to their fragile and disturbed soul and I trust that Putin, Modi, Kim Rong Un, Bolsonaro, Lukashenko, The lost boys... Trump and Boris and to the unmentioned... they receive peace in their hearts and Techno in their souls.
Great set (apart from the obvious crowd pleasers), and Stardancer and Moodyman in there! Wish the cameras had shown more of the actual dancefloor and a great deal less of those VIP wankers behind him. Still, can't have everything :)
