Now our motivation is just in dreams bcz there is a group of certain individuals who grabbed power, and take the country as their personal property. They now no longer serve the principles of the people but only to serve their personal interest and it paining me so much.

In the context of this video, I felt that some fellow 'white' Zimbabweans (I assume) made a commendable effort to sing a song that actually speaks against their very presence in Zimbabwe. In my view this is building bridges for unity advocated for by national heroes such as Josiah Tongogara and Joshua Nkomo. It surely takes a great heart to learn and perform a song that in some ways degenerates ones' own history.
