I am surprised about the clarity of the recital. Shudh path recital. The only issue I would say is it's too long and should be a little more level. Too high in too many places but I loved it.

The English translation is very good given that the Guru himself says “no words can describe him and there are thousands of descriptions” and hence translations.
You are wrong translation means communication of the meaning of a source-language text by means of an equivalent target-language text. Description is closest synonyms characterization or definitions. He is correct if he said translation is weak because the proper words for description were not used.

It is indeed still left to lot of interpretation. Moreover, we all know how old hindi movies used to be closed captioned but word to word translation and they sounded ridiculous. Now, I admit that ekonkar may-not be best described as “God” and further the translation was using male gender for “God”…so there can be lots of issues here.

Had I not seen on the cover ,that a church organ is being used as background music , I would have thought of it as a harmonium . I do not know a lot about Sikhism and therefore lack the understanding as to why there is objection to a musical instrument from a different religious tradition being used.Could you please inform me🙏
