Josh & Angel were both on one today. The church segment was so on point. I felt you Angel, as I have checked people about my momma too.
When angel was talking about how to protect women who don’t think they need protection is tough. Often times it starts with the family guardians environment and media, because kids only know what is shown to them and often times women in those positions have had abuse normalized, so we need to be proactive. But for women already grown I don’t know, but eventually they will understand and seek some type of healing. Cyntoia brown is a perfect example she didn’t think she was being taken advantage of until she was well into her 20’s despite other women trying to educate her for years on it.
