I zoomed the video in very close in my editor at 9:23 where what Mom has in her mouth is shown against her dark plumage. Going through the footage frame by frame the object in Mom's mouth shows up quite clearly in 8 frames. It is not uniform in width and has an irregular brown color that varies from quite light to very dark. It looks very much like a small brown twig.
Tea kettling is what is the Decorah chatters have traditionally used to describe the sound that Mom makes when Dad arrives with food. It sounds similar to the sound a tea kettle makes when it whistles to let you know the water is boiling.
Loved the way he shared the first fish with Mom and the kids. He didn't but after all that hard work fishing, I think he deserved a good meal.

@ 8:30 the mom or dad had a small piece of fish in its mouth thought about giving it to the baby eagles and quickly devoured it 😂

The eaglets ages are 30 days old for D26, 29 days old for D27 and 26 days days old for D28.
