Udupi to Dharwad bus journey by Ganesh Travels Ashok Leyland BS3 Bus | Cabin Ride

Finally, this is my first bus journey with Ganesh Travels. I always wanted to make a journey video in Ganesh travels as its one of the oldest and biggest operator of Mangalore. They have many routes from Mangalore. And one of those routes is Mangalore to Dharwad (Route No 9). The Timings of this bus from Mangalore is 10:15 pm. I had boarded this bus from Udupi at 11:30 pm. And i must say they are always on time. My bus arrived on time and reached 1 hour before the Dropping Time at Dharwad. Udupi to Dharwad is a good route as you get to see the 4-Lane coastal road & 2-Lane Roads with Ghat. It was an interesting journey even though there was less overtakes, because i could see the Mumbai buses on the opposite lane heading towards Mangalore. Also, Terence D'Souza was one of the main drivers of Vishal Travels. He was in Vishal for a very long time. The bus was doing decent speed. We halted quite a few times for loo breaks & tea breaks & still were able to reach on time.
This bus is built by Damodar Coach, and it is built on Ashok Leyland BS3 Chassis. The bus is 8 years old, but still looks well maintained. This is Non AC sleeper bus. This bus goes via Hubli so there were many passengers from Hubli as well. Overall it was a good experience with Ganesh Travels.

Most buses to Hubli and Dharwad starts from Manglore only ...

Yes most of them start from Mangalore. I think only 3-4 buses come from Puttur, Kukke Subramanya and Dharmasthala.
