Not even with the biggest overscore she medal. Something really serious is going on with her performance. Her form just keeps getting worse! At this rate, no overscore or difficulty can save her.
She’s been injured almost this entire year and only recently back to competition. She did the dos santos a couple of weeks ago at a meet in Uzbekistan. Absolutely no clue why they would upgrade back to the silivas not even a few weeks later. Not smart and I don’t know if we will ever see her in top form again unless the coaches ease up on her AA program for a bit.
Very scary first tumbling pass! I am fearful that the Russian Federation is going to burn out Viktoria before the Russians are permitted to compete internationally again. I hope her and Melnikova stay healthy for LA 2028 because there’s some talented young Russian athletes who will be turning senior in 2025
They are attempting to add two points of difficulty to her AA program in the span of two weeks. Absolutely crazy. If she would have had a fantastic competition then I could understand wanting to go for more here but she did not. They clearly don’t care whatsoever for her career at this point.
@ She’s going to keep getting injured with her coaches pushing her to do more difficulty than holding back a bit to preserve her. I really hope she can stay healthy
@@lb7617 I really do hope so as well. She was doing 5.6 UB and 5.5 FX and FTY two weeks ago and now she’s already back to 6.3 UB, attempting 6.0 FX, and scraping around a DTY. Doesn’t seem like a smart plan to me
@@kristiankowalski8922 It's not a smart move by her coaches. This reminds me of when Viktoria Komova had such a high level of difficulty as a junior in 2010 and then had nagging back and ankle problems throughout her elite career from 2011-2018. She was also not paced very well and was under pressure to perform very difficult elements. They need to pace Listunova and allow her to rest, especially since the Russian gymnasts might be eligible to compete internationally again soon.
@@lb7617 100% agree. It seemed like with the Olympics out of the question there was zero pacing this entire quad. They only seem to care about preserving the newer generation because they are the only group I have actually seen do watered down routines at bigger competitions like Kalmykova and Roschina. They are still doing A LOT right now for new seniors but they still were relatively paced much better than Listunova and Melnikova this quad.
14.200 with that opening double double?? i just let out the biggest laugh wtf
You seen the 12.5 beam with 2 falls?
@@chewiegym2765 YESSS russia is so funny sometimes i can't even lie.. like the competitions are something
This routine would’ve scored around a 13.500 at most internationally. The Russian scoring at these domestic competitions is so laughable.
Try double layout instead of Silivas. That landing is scary.
She’s too tall I think
@@albertitomoon5002 then a full-in would be best, though the issue is her round-off so I'm not even sure how much it would work.
Russians have a serious problem of wanting to do things the hard way without paying attention to the cleanliness of the element
More like a 13.200... boy was that a mess. Her dance skills at least are usually on point but not here. Eek, worried for her.

Do you know who was on the podium? Without Melnikova and Listunova there I'm really curious to know who the top 3 AA were
Sr AA
🥇 Anna Kalmykova 🇷🇺 56.866
🥈 Lyudmila Roshchina 🇷🇺 56.332
🥉 Maria Sasinovich 🇧🇾 46.032
@WorldGymnasticsMemories Thank you so much! 🤗 Do you know where I can see the full results?
@WorldGymnasticsMemories No surprise with Lyuda results, she's amazing ❤
@@WorldGymnasticsMemoriesWhere can I find something about Maria Sasinovich?
Big fan of Roschina! Glad she is doing well. 🙌
14,200😂😂😂😂😂😂
14.2? CrAzY high score! 🤷♂️
Too much high score I think…

Inflada 😂
