    15 g mitsuba leaves
    1 large sheet of grilled laver
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    Pinch of salt
    1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
    1 tsp liquid sugar

    Okra boiled with lentil oil. 2 servings
    1 bag (about 8 okra)
    50ml water
    1+1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
    1+1/2 tsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)

    wakame seaweed and onion with sweet and sour vinegar
    200 g onion
    2 g dried wakame seaweed
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp sugar

    Balsamic Vinegar Fried Shiitake Mushrooms. 2 servings
    150 g shiitake mushrooms
    1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
    A pinch of salt
    --------------------------------------------------------------
    Steam tofu dumplings 2 servings
    150 g cotton tofu
    50 g onion
    20 g shiitake mushrooms
    1/2 piece of grated ginger
    20 g oatmeal
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sake
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 tbsp potato starch
    5-6 dumpling skins

    字幕を黒字にして欲しい。
    ベースが白ポイからめない。だからと言って分量書かれたもの無いし残念
