    I noticed before you started pressure washing the foot path and the drive way you didn't water blast the edge of the foot path and the drive way before pressure washing it's an idea so it saves your time going to the edge with the pressure washer.

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I usually do it after but I think doing it before definitely does save time! Great suggestion 🙏

      When I water blast my driveway at home I do the edges first so it makes my job a lot easier then.

    Hey Conner what chemicals do you use not to damage plants like the Lion you cleaned in another video

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The main chemical for the organic stuff is sodium hypochlorite which is essentially bleach!
      It's diluted down quite low however it can still harm plants if you're not careful. Just need to make sure you water down all the grass and plants before, during and after cleaning!

    Can you do it? As a general answer, I've seen you do some pretty difficult work, so I'd tend to say, "Yes." Also, I am looking at the large gaps on the bricks and wondering if this is one of the types of paving where crushed granite is used as a filler and water drainer, rather than sand and drains. Would have a crushed granite foundation. As you started cleaning the front walkway, it seemed to be large amounts of Black Spot remaining behind the washing. From what I understand, my observation is the paving was unfortunately not able to be maintained for a long stretch and has pretty severe damage. So the scenario is set. The driveway was a nice boost to the appearance of the home. After cleaning and treatments, the upper area of the driveway and walkway have a sizable reduction in Black Spot. I am wondering also about the definition of the two types of possible treatment, and if (Hypo) is a possibility as a follow-up, the one put on and left, that slowly works on problems for about six months.

      @pristinepressurecleaning  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You might be onto something 👀🧐!
      The pavers were in pretty bad condition where the black spots were left over so I think it just wasn’t possible to get it 100% unfortunately!
      I did leave a Hypo treatment on when leaving so it would look a bit better after a day or two of sun!
      I like this in depth reply 🙏

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The best way to manage it I’ve found is to put some booms in the street gutter line and let the water build up then pump it back into the garden with a sludge pump or wet vac.
      If not much water is going down into the gutter line and it’s only a small amount I’ll usually just use the shovel to scoop up the built up water into a bucket then tip it back into the garden which save time over setting up a pump etc.

      Hey brother. Best of luck if you decide to go ahead with it!
      My washer is 21lpm 4000psi. It's a Jetwave machine I bought from Softwash Australia a while back!
      The chem applicator is just an X-Jet which you can get from a few stores possibly even BAR Group 😄

    The house still looks a little dirty I mean I understand the pavers but you shouldn’t do the sidewalk in front of the house too. That’s just my personal opinion you don’t have to treat it with chemicals just house pressure washed it off.
