Im sure they would be fine with that lol. That would be cool.
I’d like to see them try to stop you
@@Moramany sorry lad your tattoo is copywriten, guess i have to skin you now.
@@Lt_Tappy HAHAHA!
Who's that celebrity in your photo? I could swear they seem familiar
Tout simplement génial. L'animation et la musique wow!
Je sais, droit? Tres bien (English is my 1st language. Sorry if that wasn't the correct way to say that).
@@MrEgofreak you got it man
@@anthonyminarik1962 Cool. So the French have no unique way of saying "I know, right", right?
@@MrEgofreak well there is but it’s mainly differently region to region and most of the time it’s difficult to put in words on paper
such a good surprise... such a long time from polka never dies :);):)
Man oh man this song is hands down the best advertisement I've ever heard.
This is my anthem of good times with the boys
jjE
I finally try some Joli Rouge and guys, I'm in love. Best damn apple cider I ever drank.
Someone just stole my motorbike and I'm here because this is the only thing that makes me feel better
I feel for you man
Yo me ostie 2 veces con 500 cc, a la 3 vuelvo a nuestro planeta, el uno, sin,. No multiverso etc.. etc.
Are you going to one man no₩?.
I.m lonely a man.

The room is very Goodwily. Beed is virgin and biggest.
Call me?.
@naruto tricked me sry Who ARE they useful for at this point?
I just stole someone's motorbike and I came here because it is the only thing that makes me feel like I did a good job
Steal back your motorbike while listening to this and you'll be feeling like a million bucks.
Ah, how much I love this song... instant earworm and makes me wanna explore Canada ♥
Why???
@@gerner5376 it's a song about an alcohol made in the saguenay, a city in quebec, a region of canada
@@annoyanceking hm, that's actually not a bad idea!
Marvelous!!!!,,,Cheers From Cordoba,Argentina 🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎
This song makes me feel homesick even as i lay in my own bed. Sends shivers down my spine.
les dreadnoughts et ma région en une vidéo légendaire !
Vive le Saguenay!
Join me in traveling this direction, my male companions,
because this is not typical drinking fare aboard a sailing vessel.
Sixteen fluid ounces will see you sufficiently inebriated to dull your sense of balance.
Eighty fluid ounces will see you inebriated to the point of experiencing tremors.
We are all sufficiently inebriated aboard the sailing vessel “Joli Rouge”.
I love this and I don’t know why
@@anthonyminarik1962 not sure what it is myself, but I think it’s the same principle that makes the “walk this way” joke in Young Frankenstein funny, somehow
Thank you for the translation
uhhh no? that just feels...so right and so wrong at the same time
Joli rouge is the cider too
this was so unexpectedly WHOLESOME
Having just got back from a trip to Ottawa and having run into Gatineau to grab some Joli Rouge, my main sadness is that to get more than the 9 cans I brought home I'll need to fly back to Quebec. It is the best cider I have ever had.
I just learned that joli rouge is a real beverage and I need to have it in my life
Every year Reverend Nat's Cider sells the juice they use as the base for their ciders. This Fall was the first time they'd done it since the Plague hit. I discovered this song while I was bottling the fermented cider last week
Impressionnant!
This video gives me mad Sunless Sea vibes.
with the dark scheme, yeah
As much as I love The Longest Johns and their covers, this is just the absolute best version of this song
Well ....the original is always the best .
I feel the same with Mary Ellen Carter. Without Stan's baritone voice it feels empty and weightless.
This version just *feels* like what a bunch of thirsty irishmen would sound like.
This is the best animation I've seen for a music video ngl
Why does this make me so happy
What’s the Irish tune nestled in the main song, at 2:01 Is it Morrison’s Jig?
Yes, I think so.
My life is more complete for having heard this love it
I'm sipping on my own homebrew hard cider while listening to this. I made a mean grog with old batches.
I want to get drunk in a country pub and sing my heart out to this song.
this is just the best add ever
This is super cool!!! Love the vibe💯🙌💯🎶🕺🍺
Love this song. Will order the LP
LES POMMES DE CHEZ NOUS! The best !
Fantastic performance everyone! Love it!
The village im born is called the door to the cider route (Viezstraße in german), so cider is a very big thing here and now there is awesome song about it.
Lmao I remember the lyrics somehow. I've only heard this song like five times while I was drunk. But somehow the lyrics worked their way into my brain. That's a good tune. A real earworm. Cheers fellas, ya done good
🍺CHEERS! From a fellow drinker and fan from Wisconsin. Good work men and keep it up, now bottoms up.
Wicked band. Awesome video
If Canada weren't shut down to Americans I'd have tried that cider by now. I need to travel that Cider Road!
I’ve discovered Stan Rogers over the last few years. Love this song to celebrate Stan and Ronnie Drew a musical hero of mine and Adge Cutler a local lad to me down here in Somerset UK
1:38 that man on the right has an rpg7
... yes

I was trying to figure out if the guy top left is holding his musket the wrong way round :)

@@Fulou Seems to me like a blunderbuss held the right way around
The folks at Strongbow should really give some some thought to that as there new tagline:
"Strongbow; taste the sadness."
Love it!!!!
I cant believe im listening to this cider ad on repeat. Hell I even looked online where I can buy joli rouge in my country (nowhere)
Quite amazing. You guys continue to bring it!
Cool video, and of course, great song!
Great song from a crackin album, here's hoping they can include another couple of Shanties on their new album. Looking forward to seeing them live in Britain at some point.
I wish I could by this cider. Alas, it's not available in Oregon.
Lmao just realized that one of the pirates whips out a rpg at 1:38
My friend and I were literally just talking about if anyone else noticed and now we have watched like 5 times in a row for anything else we missed
Tis' officially me favorite song I found in 2021!

Love it!
Was it an accordion or a hurdy gurdy used?
Awesome! From France ;)
Amazing video 🍎🍎🍎
Recently I noticed that A Row In the Town by The Wolfe Tones has a lot in common with this song and I can't unhear it !
Now that's what I call an octopus jig
It is such an amazing animation and song ! Thanks to my internship, I can see how the animation was made --
BLOODY GOD DAMN BRILLIANT BOYS!
1:37 can never get over the one guy pulling out a god damn rocket launcher XD
Man, I miss cider sooo much !
I was playing sea of theives listening to country music and this just happend to come on
1:38 i love how in this scene most of them have spears and axes then there's just this one guy with a RPG
