- what thickness of foam for shoulder strap ? what do you think ?
For foam straps I use 5mm-6mm EVA foam. A high density closed cell foam is key to comfortable and long lasting straps. For fabric and vendor recommendations, see my website LearnMYOG.com/fabrics.html
