I was just thinking the other day that I wish we saw “smaller” homes from your team! Because I love your design aesthetic but I live in a small house that’s currently being renovated and it’s a challenge to get the same open, airy, but intimate feel. So it’s refreshing to see this home, and I agree about the charm of working with quirky layouts!
I would have liked to see RJ do more of the segments since she was the lead designer. Her personal home tour is one that I keep going back to, give her a greater feature next time.
The way you transformed this home, & your utilization of the homeowner’s things is so… amazing! I am in the process of helping my daughter with revamping her apartment and we’re going to have to use a lot of things that we already have. WOULD LOVE to see a video on your fireplaces. They look like real masonry fireplaces, but I think they are done by building a firebox, stone veneer and gas logs or balls. Love the real fireplace look instead of using direct vent fireplaces with glass. Please share your process!!

My cabinet company does not do black. ( which I love ) so wud it be fine to use deep brown.
