I was just thinking the other day that I wish we saw “smaller” homes from your team! Because I love your design aesthetic but I live in a small house that’s currently being renovated and it’s a challenge to get the same open, airy, but intimate feel. So it’s refreshing to see this home, and I agree about the charm of working with quirky layouts!

The way you transformed this home, & your utilization of the homeowner’s things is so… amazing! WOULD LOVE to see a video on your fireplaces. They look like real masonry fireplaces, but I think they are done by building a firebox, stone veneer and gas logs or balls. Love the real fireplace look instead of using direct vent fireplaces with glass. Please share your process!!

I think this house is really pretty just like all your other homes! However I think the living room is pretty big and isn't filled up enough in my opinion. Still great home!! LOVEE tha playroom! And not that big of a fan of how the counters wrap around in the kitchen but it's still extremely gorgeous 😍

My cabinet company does not do black. ( which I love ) so wud it be fine to use deep brown.
Unfortunately black and dark brown in cabinets is a big difference so we wouldn't recommend!
