@@TzLOR He has ok offense but he never commits. I played him in a university tournament when he was on the CWG team and he beat me 29-27 in the third set. It felt like I was running a 2 hour long multi shuttle drill lol. He was shorter than the net back then so he didn’t really have a smash. Now he has one, but he still plays like he doesn’t.
@@ve_rb I think he probably lacked the core strength by the look of his posture. I'm more or less the same physique as him and I suffer from the same problem.
@@adamzen1620 no, he has a smash, he just doesn’t use it. It’s a mentality thing. I see this a lot in people who start out playing badminton as children. They get accustomed to not having a smash when they’re small, and then once they grow up, they’re stuck in that same mentality they had when they were kids even though they’re strong enough to smash
Joshua throwing the match trying to tire out victor. Only attacking back four corners for what?? Be aggressive! So in shape but never challenge net or attacking drops, wasted so much time trying to make victor gas out but couldve won the match just by playing his strength. Amazing match. Congrats to both players.
@@JoshuaNguyen-nv3tlyou played well dude. You’re very good at keeping the pressure on even when you’re not totally in position to attack all out. Victor is just a machine that never gets tired.
@@8P3ths just felt like maybe he had some more chances to challenge the net to open up for his speed. He was scoring a lot on the attack since his physical was so much better.
Thanks for the tournament software link, I wish more channels did that.
Talent boys, Thanks for sharing ! I will keep watching your next show.
wish they had badminton more in the US 😭
Nice match, thanks for sharing.
Does Jousha go to Berkeley? I think i saw him playing there
Man if Victor had solid offense he’d be insane
He looked like he did. He just played really defensive and never really made any counter attack defensive shots.

Mb bro 😭😭😭
Victor’s net is really good so it wouldn’t be that good for Joshua to challenge the net all the day
