First time I've cringed listening to a defendant. This was the most disjointed word salad garbage I've heard in a minute. He had 6 write-ups but it was only one. Also, none of it was his fault. Even the way he kept saying "we", as if he and a 13-year old can be a couple. "I should have stopped it?" As if the 13 yr old was insisting they kept seeing each other! I could feel the board's absolute disgust. The only reason Jesus didn't turn over in his grave when he mentioned God is because he already rolled away the stone and walked out of it.

HIV predisposes people to certain types of cancer, including one called Kaposi Sarcoma which can cause painful skin lesions all over the body, including the face. I can't say if the offender's cancer is due to his HIV (his sister says there's a familiar history), but he certainly wasn't concerned about making the victim suffer a very similar condition, so I have no sympathy.

I used to watch these hearings live every day until I realized how much the system favors the offender more than the victims. One prisoner had been sentenced to more than 700 years. Image being at that sentencing and going home secure in the knowledge that he would never be released. Well, then the law was changed. One day he petitioned the board for clemency. They approved his request and recommended to the governor that his sentence be commuted to 99 years. That made him eligible for parole. So, he was given a hearing and despite the pleas from the victim's family and law enforcement, he was granted parole and released back into society. From 784 years to free... and the victims and their loved ones were left powerless because "the law had changed". I can feel the pain and frustration of those who were assured justice only to have it snatched away. To all of us who have been wronged, stay strong and live your best life.

How bold that this sex offrnder is requesting parole with 75 counts . What is really horrific is that he knew he was HIV positive and had sex with a 13 year old boy . I consider that a disregard for human life . Mr. Vlark ( ADA ) ensured the board got all the facts , not just how this man tried to give an account that seemed pretty tame . He is a dangerous man . When he gets out he will just go find an under age man to have unprotected sex with .

These ppl who took plea deals should not be allowed to apply for parole. We as a community need to find a way to stop this if it takes months , yrs, whatever we have to find a way to change the laws in these states, we need to reach out try to get others to watch this channel and actually hear what these pigs do, most who support these ppl never hear the gory details, and what the victim go through.

Just when I think these cockroach predators can’t go any lower they do. This made me so angry. My heart broke for the victim & his loved ones. This man got a sweet deal. 20 years?! This is bottom of the barrel low. Unthinkable and evil. Imo the only way he should leave prison is in a body bag. I was glad to hear what Mr. Roche had to say at the end of the hearing. I’m sure the family was too.

Had the family known the conditions of a SO registered person he would NEVER have got a 5 yr plea deal offered.
He did 5 yrs more to dangle the possibility he’d be right back there…& grandkids would be along maybe to protect!
    HA!

Everybody is saying it’s okay for an 18 year old to date a 16 year old. I get where you’re coming from. However…. He was arrested for dating a 16 year old, got out on bail and went after another 16 year old. He didn’t follow any of the rules. He was told not to live where he had been as it was too close to the victim. He was given somewhere else and then immediately went back to his previous home. Then he got another place near the victim under a fake name. During the entire interview, he has done nothing but lie. Every time he is called out on it, he has no reaction at all. He doesn’t feel anything, including remorse or respect for the law. He will do what he wants, when he wants. He has so many red flags that I can see him in a few years being in the same position as the previous guy.

The second one wow she was 16 and he was 18 he is still a teen!! If you can’t buy a beer your still a kid!! If you still have teen in your age you still a TEEN!! Wow!! I’ve never agreed with this!! My husband is 3 year older than me sometimes 4!! I was 17 he was 20!! We are still together married now!! When he found out I was 17 he was scared had his his mom call mine cause I lied and said I was 18! But my mama told his mama in Texas she’s able to give consent at 17 and I can’t do anything about that!! Lol I am now 34 and he is 38!! And I love him more than anything and he gave me a lot of good years!! We’ve built an amazing life together!! We are now wanting kids and trying our best to have them! We’ve had our house, cars, money good jobs! But we came up together we grew together and I wouldn’t have grown up with anyone else!! I love my life with my Husband!! ❤️❤️❤️ and I’m happy I lied to him about my age cause he would’ve never given me the time of day If I told him my real age!! When we talk about it he gives me a crazy look and hates talking about me being 17 and him 20 🤣🤣🤣🤣

He’s in touch with God, I waited for fire to erupt from his ears however he’s had his ear cut along with his face that’s probably God’s way of being in touch with him. He’s so angry that he would use the victim’s word to justify what he did. He needs ten more years the last ten obviously wasn’t enough.

Second guy - 18 & 16 is legal in the vast majority of states. What was the age of the complaintant? It's telling that she had no comment.
The Kid ain't very bright. He should have realized they'd be looking to violate him & he did something quite stupid. Still, imo, 3 years for a parole violation seems enough. I agree with Freeman on this one.
