It is a HUGE DISGRACE that Nigerian Owned Refinery cannot work. No matter the number of 1000 Dangote refineries, if the government cannot give a public refinery, they have FAILED. Dangote is a private business. Imagine the Nigerian owned refineries working, Nigerians will buy PMS at a cheaper rate
It's a very good achievement to see a crude oil refinery working in Nigeria.There are many companies that depend on the byproducts of a refined crude,those companies will gradually spring up in lagos and that coastal road now.This is why the lagos calabar coastal highway is a good investment as well.But l still think,dangote can sell cheaper pms to nigeria,there are over 6000 byproducts that comes from crude oil refining.What happens to those byproducts?If they sell the top 9 byproducts from crude alone,the refineries would be making nothing less than 10 dollars per litre....Dangote Refinery product does not have a landing cost and insurance aspect of importation,therefore the price should be a lot cheaper in Nigeria.Thank you.
