Bruh, they built zomato and then sold it, they have built zepto back again and at such a level when you talk about net worth you are not really referring to revenue or profit they are generating just go combine zomato and zepto’s market worth together and your answer will be right in front of you. The richest person according to you so called list must be either Musk or Bezos whereas black rock handles trillions of dollars.

I think the most important person who made us support kaivalyas decision was his brothers statement "mom colleges are for regular students for you and me. Kaivalya has been always different and he doesn't need college education". I'm glad he understood his brother better than his mother did

      Dear Janhavi Ma'am,
I hope this email adds a smile to your day! My name is Nitika, and I’m writing to express how deeply inspired I am by your son, Kaivalya, and his incredible work with Zepto. The company was started with a genuine concern for people's problem He is truly changing the world with his innovation, and I can’t help but wonder how much of that brilliance comes from the foundation you gave him.
As a parent and a dentist, you’ve clearly mastered the art of balance and nurturing greatness. It’s so rare to see parents fully encourage their children to follow their dreams, especially when those dreams are as bold as Kaivalya's. Thank you for believing in him and for giving the world someone so inspiring!
I’m truly curious-how did you instill such creativity, curiosity, and resilience in him? Was it through encouraging questions, exploration, or just letting him be himself? Whatever it was, it worked wonders! If you have any stories or insights to share, I’d love to hear them.
Thank you for being such a pivotal part of Kaivalya's journey-it’s inspiring to see the ripple effect of your support in the world. Wishing you and your family continued happiness and success!
      Warm regards,
      Nitika

    Nice episode and
I still think boarding schools and international schools are not indicator of an individuals talent but their parent wealth.
Almost all of these schools charges hefty 10 lakhs and up but success rate is just about the same as any other decent India school .
Yes they do emphasize discipline which may be advantageous in life but success is much more than just the discipline.

Deep & engaging questions Well done Karishma.
I’m having lot of intriguing curiosity around learning the approach about hiring what went into the decision making since they themselves were very young. Whom they approached & how? Qualities trait attitude experience what made them choose the initial core team and till now what goes into it is there a template they follow and how to tackle if important employees leave. Any strategy on training retention nurturing talent that has been put in Zepto

All these people have one thing in common ie insanely rich background might not be relatable to us.Freedom to dropout outta college knowing daddy would find ways even after failure is luxury! There might be people smarter and better than these guys but most of them will never get lucky as these folks . 70-hour weeks make sense for people who wish to sustain in that sort of lifestyle, it is absolutely not for employees who will be getting paid close to nothing or very less for the extra hours they're putting in. eventually big stakeholders' pockets get filled with cash, so for them it is sensible to want to work 100 hours. i agree with aadit that greatness does, unfortunately, come at cost of losing that balance. but i will never be able to withstand people who get millions by ripping off their employees and over working them.
