Here’s a word of advice from someone working in finance in corporate America. It’s all nonsense and nonstop stress. A soul suck. Make sure to not let the corporate world take away your hobbies. I’ve been in the corporate world almost 10 years now (graduated Harvard in 2015). Once you get to higher positions, it’s just more nonstop stress.

Matcha latte tastes better than drinking hot water matcha. You should add 1 tablespoon hot water to 1 and a 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder and whisk it with a bamboo whisk, add 2 teaspoons of honey and 3/4 cup oatmilk.
Agree with this point on being unserious! I think vlogging can come across as a bit gossipy at times but not when it’s focused around work or demonstrating a certain lifestyle. Work hour breakdowns of consulting and good meal prep ideas thrown in more informally definitely helps balance that and also actually showing you vlogging that feels a lot more sincere than when people post 5 work improvement ideas or food ideas etc. and don’t show themselves using those tools in their life as well so it just feels like 5 ideas to fit a title!
Yeah it’s exactly that! And you’re right about the 5 point thing looking insincere, I think there’s a fine balance - that’s what I’m working towards haha
If you are in financial management consulting, it is better to get some sort of professional designation because it will help in the future. Finance and IT are very competitive careers.
