Happy New Year, girly!!! 🎉🎉 Love the tips that you shared! The new year is a great time to reevaluate life and make changes to grow and become a better version of ourselves!
Thank you for showing us the real deal when it comes to foods and families, we go through the multiple meal situations at our house too, so it was nice to relate!
Power to your good health intentions for not only yourself but your family. I had a quick looksee of a bag of broccoli florets you had placed into your refrigerator on this video, and I just wanted to share that if you microwave that unopened bag for 4 minutes and then put the florets in a bowl (if there's water residue from cooking in the microwave, don't add that into the bowl.) Stir/chop the broccoli really good & it should shred into pieces easily. Add 1 egg, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, S&P, Italian spices to your preference. Form onto parchment lined pan like for the croissant pizza dough. Top with sauce like the sauce you bought for the croissant pizza, meats, et cetera, and more mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. There are several versions of this broccoli pizza crust recipe online, but my family and I love this alternative to pizza. ENJOY!
@@TashVitorsky This is an important note to the recipe above: Let the broccoli cool down before you add your egg or else the egg will start to cook from the heat. You're smart enough to have that figured out, but I feel better now that I've added this caution. Also, this broccoli crust with all the ingredients has a liquid-texture to it, so expect it. The sauce on top before the mozzarella should be applied with a light coating but enough to add that flavor. GEEZ, I'm not meaning to write a book, but the details I felt mattered.
Wow great minds think alike! 😊 I was shocked you made a video on eating whole foods and recipe planning etc. This has been on my mind for a bit. Honestly, for me it’s the constant figuring out what to eat for me and everyone and that takes the joy out of cooking. I am so burned out. Your ideas made feel not alone and a whole lot better. I am grocery shopping for the week tomorrow and I plan to include some of your ideas. I do not know why I never thought of meal prep! Duh!!! 😂 I am doing that this week. Question? Do you keep it in the frig or freeze it so it won’t spoil? I also love the above recipe for broccoli pizza dough way healthier than some alternatives. It’s the small simple things like that that make life easier and cooking more fun and less of a chore when you have to literally cook three times a day. Don’t feel bad about eating out we all need a treat and a pizza treat too! I use Rao’s it’s really better than other brands I found Thanks and happy new year to you and yours! 🎊 ✌️😊 -meant to ask are you wearing silver earrings and necklace or is that just how it’s coming off from the camera? Just curious!!! lol 😊
I’m glad I’m not alone in this. I fully hear you on that it takes the joy out cooking. Would love to simplify in 2025 and see what works, what doesn’t. Hope you figure out what works for your family as well. I would cook and do leftovers. But freshly cooked tastes better so in the future I would prbly freeze a portion and take it out the evening before to thaw in the fridge so it’s ready day of. And yes, have been wearing silver as of late :) these are the Pavoi earrings + a silver necklace I also found on Amazon. Happy New Year! 🌟
