This is really good advice I’m 14 and I’ve been on self improvement for a year and my progress has not been consistent and been stuck of illusion of progress, I was doing all the things that would probably help me improve but In my mind I was constantly thinking that improvement was me not fapping and that it’s the most massive improvement

The young generation just needs guidance and care, man. Young boys weren't meant to be socially awkward effeminate and chubby, these are the results of the lack of guidance they get, one seeks it online when he can't find it from his own father or male figure in his family.
The best way to combat this is to start early, spend real time with your boys, teach them Islam(teach them to enjoin good and forbid evil, and to fear God alone, and be that too! kids don't follow words be the end goal the aspire to reach) have them engage in challenging physical activities(like team sports or combat sports, they build traits that are admirable in a young man that many of us and those who came before us sadly lack), slowly give them responsibilites and reward them when they succeed in fullfiing them. Don't follow the Goggins or self-help style of raising your boys. Guess what, just like young girls need attention, boys do too, only it comes in a different form, every man remembers a moment his father gave him an atta boy for a reason. The ills of throwing your kids to spend 40 hours in a system originally designed to indoctrinate, and the lack of time spent together are not hard to point out or to complain about. It takes one man to stand up for the task of raising mentally resilient God-fearing boys.
Most young guys have fallen into that trap, the ones of us that know it's a trap should take the steps nessecary to break the cycle and to help those we can get out. Your video does that👌

this was really amazing advice but some parts caught me off guard, like when you mentioned “especially as a muslim” not everyones muslim and religion didnt realy have anything to do with the message, if you wanna encourage islam then go ahead but make a seperate video for that, otherwise ur just limiting ur views
