Proof, if ever it were needed that Ray Wilkins was indeed a real gentleman. I can recall, working alongside a true Celtic supporter who of course, knew only too well what Ray was capable of doing on the football pitch and in particular an Old Firm match at Ibrox stadium but even he would say that Wilkins was indeed a real gentleman. And sadly, we don't really get too many of that type going around nowadays. RIP Ray "Butch" Wilkins.😭
Can somebody help me understand why anybody would write such a comment as Nigel G, I unfortunately do not really remember him as a player and I never had the privilege to meet Mr. Wilkins, but he clearly touched many people both with his talent as a sportsman and that as a person and if he was what Nigel G describes, what I truly doubt, nobody's family or friends deserve to read such words.
