I don’t usually comment, but this one I HAD to!! I tried so many Donne Biriyanis, was alway unsatisfied l. This one is winner 🎉. When I tried the taste of the water before rice, it was completely bitter, I was all prepared to be disappointed. We tried this recipe yesterday for our party, and it was fantastic 😍😁 We used the exact amount of masala and spices, but we used less methi leaves (7 for 1kg rice) (he used hybrid methi in this video but we get non-hybrid methi here which gives bitter taste if used in more quantity) The rest we did exactly as he suggested. By the way, this was our first house party and first biryani making after marriage. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the compliments we have received. 😌 Thank you so much for sharing the recipe 🤠☺️
Hey Bobby, we used make this in our Bangalore farms with fresh green masala and eat in 'donnes' or areca nut leaf pads. Now we don't have farms, we lost our farms to real estate mafia. The recepie remains as Donne Biryani, most of our non-veg recepies have same green masalas with slight variations.
