I love Bruce. I really do, he is amazing. But, Paul on those first albums. Even Bruce cant duplicate him. First song I ever heard was Killers. I was blown away Maiden has been blessed with the best musicians. Not often you get a pair of drummers like you do with The Brain and Clive. 3 equally talented vocalists that are nothing alike. 3 guitarists. Together the best legacy of any band. An evolution of sound.
I feel for Paul , I became a Maiden fan when he was the vocalist and to this day, killers is still my favourite Maiden album. Seeing him in a wheelchair on stage is not how I want to see him . Hope he can get back on his feet soon .

I reckon if you just let it come out naturally and turn down the band a bit you can make it sound just like the old times with ease you'd sound like breman 1981 the beat club that is the best of the best nothing could ever compete with that set if whoever doesn't know what that is look it up you won't be disappointed more than a masterpiece
The original singers from a first album is usually the best and most historical. His solo did not take off too well though😢 It's a pity Paul had to play at clubs rather than halls.
Naaaa… when becoming Maiden fan on the edge of the 80‘s there where now doubt who was the real voice of the band! It was the downfall with bailey and the return of Bruce in 2000 which deleted the issue…. NMTS… love U Paul.. greetz from Germany

I'd agree its not ideal by any means . But hes utterly determined to perform no matter whet and he deserves huge credit for showing up at all.

Paul was a very good singer for Maiden, but Bruce is in a different league. Harris made the right decision as hard as it might have been.
I understood Harris made the decision out from he was tired of Paul being arrested so many many times, even right before/under concerts.
