Even if I was a handyperson, I'd only "flip" a house that didn't have anything MAJOR wrong with it (sewer, foundation, roof, drainage, vapor barriers, utilities etc.) and you're right, they'd have to be basically diamonds in the rough (up and coming neighborhood), so keep looking!
