I received my plant shipment yesterday and am so HAPPY!! You and your team are all so AMAZING! Thank you and may you all be blessed with continued success!
Your kindness and generosity light up every room you enter, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. Your positivity is infectious, and your ability to lift others up is truly inspiring. You have a heart of gold, and I am grateful to know someone as wonderful as you. And I am Floating Village Life
What kind of compost do you use? I am afraid to burn my plants. Love your channel. Love all the info you give us. Hope to visit your nursery one day. I live in the upstate of South Carolina.
The Abiqua Drinking gourd hosta in the fridge is my favorite feature in the shade garden! The hammock is a very close second 😊🌿💖 So glad it made it onto the video today.
Hi there Jenny: My endless summer hydrangeas had some brown spots on leaves with a white center dot. I decided to do some research to see what was going on! So, I got more and more confused and stopped and remembered positively speaking that new flowers were appearing on both of them. Perhaps the first two I planted are getting too much sun but I am not going to remove them yet. Some leaves have been removed and Mike and I stay on top of watering. Really appreciated your video on learning about summer annuals and feeding them. Now I know with heavy duty feeders to try water soluable fertilizer along with time release fertilizer. Enjoyed your video today and your towering containers are just gorgeous. No matter the temperatures outside as gardeners we keep growing and sometimes glowing each new day! Have a nice afternoon!
Jenny, you and Mimi have influenced me in planting mini hosta plants and a maidenhair fern in a raised container in my dry shade garden. Even amongst the larger perennials this collection is so cute.🥰🌸🇨🇦
Well, good morning. I am so so so so jealous. All of our nurseries here, even Walmart have shut their plant departments down. Nothing to choose from. I wish we had something like you near us. Your people are so lucky and blessed to have you In their area, everything looks great. Would love to have some of those plants right now. I have a great day Stay cool. Oklahoma gardener.😊
Hi Jenny, even in zone 3 we have to watch for burning on the hostas. I’ve covered the more susceptible ones with outdoor chairs when on holiday or even a sheet ! Covering for sunburn, covering for frost…that’s zone 3 ! 🇨🇦😁🇨🇦
My husband and I drove an hour from Mooresville on Lake Norman to visit your garden center today. Cece helped me pick out 4 beautiful Little Lime Punch Hydrangeas and a barberry for my backyard garden. She was so very helpful and informative. I’m sure I have the right plants for the right spot in my garden because of her help. Plus your garden center is absolutely beautiful to walk around. Stunning! We will definitely make the drive and visit again. Thanks again Cece.
I’m in South Georgia and planted silver dollar hydrangeas about a month ago the blooms look ok but the leaves are not doing well, they are in full sun, should I fertilize them? I water them every day I’m I watering them too much? What do you suggest?
Thanks, Jenny and Jerry…I appreciate you! Jenny, have you ever done a video on how to train a hydrangea to be a short tree ? Is that possible? Much appreciation ♥️!
Jenny, I planted some echinacea last summer and most came back but they are not growing. They get morning sun and then late afternoon sun. They are on irrigation from the sprinklers. Any thoughts on why they aren’t growing?
I mean as you suggested, using plants that are beautiful for their foliage instead of living and dying with a plant's ability to bloom. Like huchera or coleus or grasses. I have been obsessed over blooms but honestly some of those plants are so temperamental and when the blooms aren't cooperating it makes me crazy😂
If/when you lift up the drinking gourd plant would love to see at least a photo, I understand if you don't record it. :) Just curious what it looks like under there! I am about 4 hours north east of you in VA, and with you on the heat. My husky woke me up about 4am to go outside and walking into the humidity felt like walking into a wall.
Jenny, I have had my kniphofia for years. It was most likely a pass along plant. While it is beautiful year around (zone 6b/7a), it only blooms once. Is this because it is an older variety, and do I need a newer introduction to get repeat blooming? Thanks so much, you are my morning coffee ❤
Since I live in a zone 9b, we don't get "cold" until December/January. Being a teacher, I don't get paid until September. Would I be able to order some Echinacea from you in September and have it before 2025 or will you hold it until it's spring?
Don’t like grasses too much because I have tall wild grass taking over my front burn garden. Not a fan have to pull out and get all the roots so they don’t come back

Could you please tell us what you use on your skin when you’re working in the gardens your skin is just glowing Your nursery looks beautiful!!!!
It's an all-natural, organic cooling liquid - sweat 😂. This was my second outfit of the day because I had completely soaked my first set of clothes!

Always great design ideas, Jenny! How would a Cheyenne Sky panicum do in a large pot? Z8a.
