Under 100, you mean. Maybe more. I just put them up against Soundcore's C40i, hoping to improve bass performance: it failed horribly. The larger driver didn't even get into the 30hz range when I jammed it directly into my ear canal - it just isn't there. Design wise the Soundcore would have won if it actually sounded good by comparison, which was surprising, and I liked the physical button a lot. Didn't matter when it didn't deliver.
My little 33 dollar earclips spanked a competitor product three times the cost.

How's the sub-bass compared to other open ear designs

I did like the low end little rumble it has better than others I tested. But as always with open designs still lacks a bit to please bass lovers ears. which is expected from this style but it was one I liked bass wise out of the others.

Hi, compared to Soundcore C40i, which one has the best sound quality?

From personal experience, they SMASH the Soundcore c40i. The EQ performance is better on the Tozo, and the larger driver on the Soundcore doesn't actually reproduce more range at volume as I'd hoped.@philippedelasayette7901
