uh... the mode switch, switches between profiles... not dpi lol just that you can set each profile to a different dpi, or "speed" as you call it lol it can also have different lighting settings, button assignments, etc... lol people who arent sure what a button does, shouldnt say what it does, dude. its a profile button. say set one to saving, copying, pasting, etc for editing purposes and the other to number keys for mmo skills and the like. just two examples, not all it does. but yeah.... i knew this before ever buying the mouse. please do at least a bit of research on an item before reviewing it.
@@GodModuz its about as good as you're going to find in an MMO mouse. mmo mice arent made to be silent. but quality buttons and quality case materials make the aerox 9 a quiet mouse. you do realize something can be quiet without having the word "silent" in the advertisement, right? jesus, people are outrageous in 2024.
if you plan on playing games mx master 3 is not great it only has a 125 polling rate which is the same as the old Logitech mouse you have even in mmos you will suffer and in fps it would be really bad the Logitech G502 X LIGHTSPEED for the same price would be a better multi purpose mouse although light weight mice are great if you willing to spend the money on a good one also switching from 1000 polling rate mouse which is most gaming mice right now back to a 125 polling rate mouse can be very notable is the primary reason i just gave away my mx master to a friend hopefully Logitech will upgrade there high end productivity mice sooner rather then later
I mean I want the mc master 3s more for productivity and to add to my new mouse collection that I am starting lol. I may even get it refurbished. But everything you said will be taken into consideration. 🙌🏾💯🫡
MX Master for work, Deathadder V3 Pro / GPX Superlight / Lamzu Atlantis for gaming depending on preferences. That Red Dragon is more like a Brick with many LEDs ^^
it's good for mmorpg and games with a lot of skills so you don't use ctrl shift alt all the time as it gets annoying :) otherwise your options are not worth the price to weight ratio ... might as well go for the Endgame Gear OP1 8K or the Lamzu Maya or Thorn it you are paying 100 bucks for a mouse anyway
These are terrible for gaming, This kind of mouse is more for developers, programmers or creators, is for storing macros, as a blender 3D artists, the keys on a keyboard are not enough 😅. They also have acceleration because of the weight and they use the pwm3335 which is a low end sensor only used in mouse that needs pixel perfect track on low resolutions and need to be power efficient. It's terrible this is marketed as a gaming mouse, this could sell well as a content creator mouse, I don't know why some brands still wants to catter to gamers, we developers have needs too 😭
@@siruno6024lol you have never played any MMOs then where you need dozens of hot keys and using your keyboard is impossible to do them fast enough, don't talk about what you don't know
@@imperialwhovian3461If you want a MMO mouse there are better options, first this mouse doesn't have per app profiles, only 2 hardware profiles, the software is only used to record macros and actions on the onboard profiles or change the RGB to rainbow/static/breathing (yes it only has 3 rgb modes), the software literally doesn't do anything else, this mouse has a very basic button biding and Macro biding and recording, if you want complex stuff you'll need for gaming, you'll not get any with this mouse, it's really bad for gaming, if you want a good gaming mmo mouse you'll be better buying the scimitar elite or razer naga v2, I'm using this as a work mouse I have the white version, it's helpful like that, it's a decent wireless mouse too, and you can get it cheap now since it's on sale on Amazon, but for pure gaming, it's a no. Sorry
