My original pump I’m replacing has 2 drain lines about 10” apart & 1 for filling. So my question is can you use any of the 3 holes for my drain tubes or are 1 or 2 dedicated for the drains?

@@Dave-ld3dr you are able to use all three of the holes that the machine has for drain lines and it does not matter which hole you put them in. they all just go into a catch basin. Hope that helps!

just ordered one with the proper configuration.Until it arrives next week I have to drain it manually.I had no idea that much condensation accumulates in 24 hrs.Anyway thanks for the reply.Just hope my drain pipes fit the holes.

@@Dave-ld3dr as long as the pipe is 3/4” or smaller it should be good. And in all honesty you could always make the holes a bit bigger on the pump if they don’t fit because it’s just plastic.

On a further note I had no idea that I should have had a maintenance program for the pump.As I’m sure you already know it was very dirty which resulted in the pumps premature failure.I cleaned it all up & actually got it working & then the check valve broke.Must have been clogged up.I cleaned it out & when the pump came on dry it snapped.Anyway starting off with a new one next week & will be cleaning it every filter change. The old one lasted about 7 years with zero maintenance.

Wouldent running it outside become a freeze issue in the winter months

@@GeorgeJeudevine I never had an issue with it. However this is now ran into my slop sink so I don’t need to worry about anything freezing!

Do you have to wire it in to the system or just plug in

@@tylerdoran3392 you can just plug it into an outlet and that’s it. The pump has a float in it that once it fills up with water, it will tell the pump to turn on and drain the water out.
