Wooton knew what Fox was going to say in a pre-interview conversation and then allowed it to go ahead. Fox then threw Wooton under the bus by revealing this by showing evidence of this. Wootton made the mistake of realising when they went live that Fox was crossing so many lines and did comment at the end of Fox's deeply deplorable tyrade. Fox didn't like that. It's ironic that he had seemingly managed to avoid any real fallout from the fanning Byline News investigation into his alleged crimes involving sex and blackmail. Dan Wootton was grinning like a Cheshire Cat throughout the interview. He was clearly relishing every word Fox said. By all means disagree with views but this was nothing to do with Ava's opinions. How would Fox have liked it if she had made overtly sexual remarks about him, calling his masculinity into doubt. As for Wootton. He is lucky he has still been allowed to broadcast given the investigations underway and the Mails embargo.
