artillery is really good make sure to use them in your next games the ranged damage it deals early game really helps if you are dragged into an early war side note artillery rarely destroys acs
I mainly use attackers over artillery but yes artillery is very strong. This video my manpower and money was very strained so I had to divert everything into the army because I barely had anything.
I view attackers as much better because they can't be destroyed by infantry and are much faster. Especially how op they are on troops over water. Problem is with fighters though

next time you get in a war like this you should definitely build forts, yes they take a tiny bit of time but the defense bonus you get from em makes it more than worthwhile. ESPECIALLY in thexearly game with germany, it will save your bottom
Also I want to point out that all that war kind of wore out my brain so I wasn't really thinking straight later in the video (You can tell because I tried going for Rome without an esco) because of the absolutely unlucky situation I was in. And later in the video I had to use what money I could to fight off the enemy so I used it for tanks.
Even on flat terrain it's better than nothing but fair. I can also see how the absolute BONKERS situation would've corrupted your process of thought gj

One thing i dont like about rise of nations is how the players play it. There’s so many mechanics for all sorts of stuff, especially economy. I love slow paced gameplay developing the nation as a whole than just speedrunning to get hundreds of thousands of tanks and economic ruin. Edit: Policies, and military operations are OP!
Bug the exact same thing happened in my server a day ago except it was Russia vs Poland and I had to wait for an aircraft carrier but I I had another person helping me and also my country was stronger so this makes me question how are you so good? I've just had a similar scenario today,but as france. (The Benelux player was kind of experienced and threw tanks at me,and then Italy,Iberian and Brazil came one by one. I survived but france just straight up has a rekted stability.)

That was insane. A better way to defend from Britain is use submarine. I killed 1M infantry, tanks etc, from Russia as Antarctica. Using 3 submarines.
