@@LinneaOfCardboard Nice! Always love seeing people want to play this archetype. Biggest issue I've seen when people try to pilot it is that they think they need to see tortomon, which isn't the case. That's because you have a few different lines: 1. tortomon/gacha lv5, 2. lv4/digisorb tool, 3. lv5/3 mem & boost out. I whiffed 1 gacha swing all tournament because of this. All you need to see in the opening is a lv3-lv5 line or a boost/kunemon to search that out. The lv6's do almost all the work in the deck, so it isn't really reliant on inherits like every other stack deck. I think 4 quantum would be too many. This deck plays more balanced than the hyper aggressive version I topped with at nats this year. Quantum helps balance the deck out, but running too much of it would slow it down. Heavyleo handles a lot of decks well and quantum helps balance out what heavy doesn't cover. The archetype is pretty versitile though, so depending on what your locals look like you can tinker with the lv6 ratios to fit what you expect to play and matchup accordingly. Growlmon in Looga helps a lot with floodgates. Sometimes a chuumon or a pomu can be a problem. But people don't expect the growlmon to help out. the 6th place is called green gacha. In our locals we have a guy that was always experimenting with that deck. Last couple of formats made a list pretty similar to the one in the video and got various tops in our locals. HeavyLeomon is a great lv6, but its a lot stronger when you evolve to it paying nothing.If you mix some ST17 Lopmon you can have a HeavyLeo that brings a lot of damage pretty fast
There was plenty of sec con players in the tournament. I played 1 and a friend of mine played 2 back to back, the deck just isn't that great this current meta tbh.
@teebone0101 There's a lot of decks that are plenty of aggressive that the heals can't keep up. Nume, Red Hybrids, Royal knights, Armor, loogamon, etc. As for BT16 it's more or less the same meta, but with imperial and armor decks getting a huge buff so not looking great for it either and idk about Ex06, but a lot of the time the meta doesn't change much at all around an EX set.

I loved seeing all of the champions, I always feel like the level 4s in that deck are too good to go without. Anyway, congrats on getting 4th!

@@MagnaTimon I’m getting back into the game, what are it’s bad matchups and good matchups? Is it viable for BT16 and Ex 6 format that’s coming out?
