Was a pleasure to meet you on this particular shoot. Great to see the clip and it shows what words can't describe on this magnificant spot. I spend my holiday picking up here. So thanks for the cameo from me and my dog.
Inma and I were lucky enough to be on the team that day. Of course the birds were fantastic and the views breathtaking, but most important is the camaraderie! Looking forward to the next one!
JC, you have the best sporting channel! You capture with honest emotion the love of the hunt and the love of companionship. I am not sure what is in store for your channel in the future, I know that it will be great. Carry on JC, I look forward to the next video!
I look forward to a new episode every week. Cold beer, a little bourbon and my favorite channel. It doesn’t get much better than this. Please keep the new videos coming.
I’m glad you do TGS shoots I love watching them. That was some amazing memorable shots there. What an amazing place and a great team. Hope to get back there brought back the memories keep the films coming🙂
I had the pleasure of being there on the day it was an absolutely amazing day the TGS crew were legends James and the beaters did a fantastic job and the guns were all so nice. Definitely would like to go back Definitely recommend going to gwysaney sporting club ltd you wont be disappointed.
@@tgsoutdoors it was my pleasure guy's what a beautiful place if you get stuck on the numbers this year please keep me in mind what a day and onbthe plus side i actually shot well too 🤣 for a change. Keep up the legendary work guy's you do fantastic work.
I have had the pleasure of being in the syndicate that had the Garth for many years, banks 1&2 are spectacular, the gulley and “Wills wood” presented us with fantastic birds and the Gulley was equally so Enjoy your days there, it is rather a special place. Thank you for sharing
It pains me to say this, Johnny, but that is an excellent video. Thanks for the clarification about only three hours sleep and the flight in from Germany. I'd assumed you were simply hung over again from drinking free booze. The setting of the shoot was beautiful, and the miserable weather demonstrated what true shooting sportsmen are made of. This video is one of your best. Once again, excellent in every aspect.
The content and quality is superb. Seams to get better with every new video you release. I’ve never had any interest in shooting live game but after watching this, I could be tempted.
The scenery is FANTASTIC! Great cinematography capturing it! (Beautiful colour grading - kept me scratching my head for a while, trying to guess what are those massive bright red patches on the ground, from the drone footage... :-D )
I'd love to spend a few years in UK, just for to move around doing British style game and clay shooting... (It's bloody expensive, compared to what we can do around here for the same money... but nothing compares to the British experience... I'm pretty sure of that... Or I'd like to think so... )
13:25 wow those partridge are fast... :) Well done Sash another stonking video, they just get better & better :) I missed chatting to you all at the NEC shooting show, you were filming so didn't want to interrupt you... Are you guys venturing North to the "Northern Shooting Show" in May?
Beautifully filmed as always, Jonny and crew, in a beautiful location! Very exotic - I doubt most North American hunters have ever, or will ever, be part of a driven game shoot like that. Just so fundamentally different from our situation. May I ask: why were you preferentially firing the top barrel first?
Indeed - I have an O&U myself, but the whole driven game thing is completely foreign to me as a Canadian hunter. Colin's comments above makes complete sense in that specific context. @@jonathanhicks140

World class cinematography! I only shoot clays but would adore going on a shoot like that !
What a beautiful part of the world. Looked like an absolutely amazing shoot, with some really tough birds!
That looked incredible, what a beautiful piece of property. And the quality of the bird shooting, wow!

Thanks for sharing . . . .
What an amazing place. So much different from what I’m used to in the western part of the US. Take advantage when you can because it ends too soon!😂
Another very impressive venue and video.
Brilliant shooting and video, keep it up, thanks.
Fantastic
Absolutely fantastic video and great to see my friend and amazing shot, Richard Gray.

Agree! As an American bird hunter I have always wanted to spend some time there and actually get to me some of guys.
Come beating and earn your shooting at the end of the season ❤
Gorgeous country, maybe one day.
What a great video! Nice to sit down and enjoy after a long day!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video! I truly hope to get a chance to travel there and experience it.
Brilliant video 👍👍👍👍👍
Ffs, brilliantly filmed, amazing content, A+ as always. Have a beer on me
Thabkyou mate!
@@tgsoutdoorsanytime, it’s definitely deserved.
Amazing film, looks like a great day! You shot better after getting the custom fit Longthorne out! At least post production made it look that way!
There is nothing wrong with a bit of our liquid sunshine 😂 🏴
Apart from today it's all we have had for about a month
good shooting mt, that place looks formidable.
thanks.
Good vídeo fríends os amazing This birds..good shoot!!😊
Would of loved to have been there with you, it looked an absolutely amazing day and the video was just great. 👍
Incredible, Nice Video !

your cinematography is as good as your content and your shooting ability.
Nice one
Damn I’d love a day like that!! Nothing like that up here unfortunately!
Amazingly beautiful countryside! Video was way to short however! 👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent edit Johnny. Drone footage is sexual. Top work.
amazing video and an experience you'll not soon forget... what would a day at that club cost
Got a lot of high friends but never knew a high partridge.
What brand vest are you wearing there please? Great video as always!
👍👍👍🐕🐕🦌🦌👍👍
Pay attention, in this episode Johnny looks up.
I need to win the lottery, because I want to play too.
Amazing video. What gun are you using and what brand hearing protection is that ?
When is the 2024 TGS shoot!?!
Just booked the date, will Chuck something up online soon
@tgsoutdoors Just wondering, is there any particular reason for you to shoot the upper barrel first?
Why not include a few of your ShotKam clips?
It's all about the friends. Not weather, not scenery, not the game taken, carry on........
What old miroku we're you using Johnny.
It's his old MK38....quite a few videos with it if you look......it's an extension of his arm!
I love you
Non immagini nemmeno come vorrei esserci anch'io!...mi chiedo però quanto sia etico e quanti feriti si facciano a sparare 28g del 6 a 70 metri.
CRAZY NICE HUNT. BUT IF MORE SHOW HARD WORKER IN THAT HUNT DOGS ITS BE MORE MAZING HUNT😊
Fast bear 32
Bonus trivia: name the breed of gundog that is picking up behind Johnny & James at 11.06
Can we enter?
@@tgsoutdoors you can try 🫡
Surely alcohol and guns don't mix
No!!!!🙁
A life well lived guys, kudos.

Just so fundamentally different from our situation. May I ask: why were you preferentially firing the top barrel first?
With driven birds tend to fire most choked barrel first as if you need a second shot they will be closer. Opposite to walked up
Thank you Colin!
Also the reload is a little quicker if you have only fired one shot.
Indeed - I have an O&U myself, but the whole driven game thing is completely foreign to me as a Canadian hunter. Colin's comments above makes complete sense in that specific context.
