There's some issues like we can't change the display size so some apps look absurdly large and only 5 apps can be set to autostart to receive notifications. Other than these it's a really good device overall. Just got the Note 9 so maybe it'll change.
Can we just wait for a moment and look at this beautiful, beautiful device. Curved edges, OLED, full screen... So clean. Get rid of the chin & improve the sliding mechanism and this is my dream phone.
You know what many of you are bending, dropping and expose phone to water. then forcing to damage the design. who will do those things on their phones? I like its design but I want to know how long battery will run if I watch youtube using data. for me that's the most important thing because I always watch video on youtube.

Even with tampering with the battery and '' white list '' sittings some apps don't give notifications unless the app is opened again. And then there is the persistent orange bar on the top of the home screen when developer options are in use. If these get fixed it will be my main phone. Great vid by the way :-)

I wouldn’t say that…. Id don’t like the idea of having moving parts on a iPhone, it’s much easier to bend, and not water proof. The camera isn’t as good; doesn’t support optical zoom, low light imagery isn’t as sharp, does not smart hdr or portrait mode. The screen resolution also just doesn’t look as crisp in my opinion. Good phone, yes. Superior to the iPhone…. I don’t think so imo.

Just no. This smartphone won't survive a regular/usual bend while mistakenly sitting on top of it while having it in your pocket. Build quality is a no go. Same goes for the "modular"-camera. It is a dust sucker. You will end up scratching its interior after a while, guess why. It is even wobbly and giggly, which tends to leave open areas and does not stand for high quality.
TengokuNET I have this phone in my back pocket almost everyday and I have cleaned the mechanism once since I got it (more than 2 weeks ago) It still looks like new People should stop getting paranoid about a phone which failed under extreme conditions It's nothing positive but it's also not a complete deal breaker

Well done. I had not thought about face unlock requiring the slide mechanism. That is a bit off-putting. I'd probably revert to a pin.
