You can shoot close with the ultra wide camera but it is so wide that the macro effect does not come in videos. In photos actually when you switch on macro mode then the final image comes by cropping ultrawide angle camera image.

S23 is better in terms of video but Vivo V40 pro is good for photography with Zeiss blur modes, you can get some nice portraits etc. if you want for photography then Vivo V40 pro is Good, if you want balanced with both photo and good video then S23

I don't have all three cameras but IQ Neo 9 pro is performance centric with good display and good for gaming. Camera wise it may not be at par with Vivo V40. But i have not tested it so cannot comment. Will try if I get one. 👍👍
Smartphone direct video shoots will always have limitations. You need to add a few things to make it good, like a gimbal, ND filter, Third party app to control WB, ISO and shutter speed. It will work fine. direct shoot will always have a problem whichever smartphone you shoot.

Yes it's good, Much better than moto 50 Pro,. I am also testing it with Moto 50 ultra and GT6 will share details.
Sir U have told there is no option for macro video.. Can ultrawide lens not be used for macro shooting?
