Ive got a drumstick bag for my knives aswell, saw a chef show one off some years ago and I fell in love. Why more chefs dont use something like this blows my mind. Theyre so much more usefull than knife rolls.

The two-faced handle on my Nakiri came from JNS in Denmark. It was made by a Thai wood artisan. The Kabazaiku handle already came installed on the Hado Gyuto. Hado has amazing handles on their knives in general.

@@chefknivesenthusiast thank you. Btw. Are you aware of any videos demonstrating installing those handles. Is it simple or should I just let the knife maker do it just letting him know of the different handle
@@dixiemae5042 If you know how to do it, it is actually not that difficult. But yeah, that goes for a. lot of things in life. I know how to re-handle knives and by now I have re-handled a lot of knives and installed quite a lot of handles. Both with hot-glue and using the traditional Japanese technique of burning the handle on the tang. Perhaps I will do a video on this topic someday. For now, you could watch this video where I install my first handle the traditional way; th-cam.com/video/c4qPwksq1QI/w-d-xo.html
That might be the best solution I've seen for transporting knives and gear. I don't even work professionally anymore and I want one.
Right?
Exactly what I’m looking for, new to the kitchen and my roll filled up really fast. So much space!
In my opinion, every kitchen professional should get one of these. So much space. So practical. Don't forget to use the 10% discount code!

Thank you for the positive vibes. I'm very happy with this knife bag, so I wanted to share my enthusiasm. I'm glad it rubs off. 🙏🏾

@@chefknivesenthusiast So cool! Thank you very much! :)
Finally here after my 40 dollar bag 3 years ago has decayed enough to where I seriously need a new bag
Best excuse to buy one of these awesome bags from the Hidemaster! 👌🏽

As a leather worker I am surprised at how inexpensive that is. I would charge double that to make one. (hand stitched instead of machine)
I think they can take that as a compliment over there in India. 👌🏽
