Smart Lock Fail to Calibrate (FIX)

Do you have a Yale, Ultraloq, August, Eufy, Bosma, Kwikset, or another type of smart lock? Is it failing to calibrate?
The solution (TL;DW) may be acquiring a new bolt from the manufacturer due to a defective latch.

Thank you for the video. It got me to focus on the plunger and the plunger was just slightly crooked installed causing the error

I’m having a similar issue. Did the lock work fine manually, or from the key pad? My Yale won’t lock from the app it gives a jam error when I try to calibrate or lock from the app.

Yes it worked manually just not electronically. Great question. It never calibrated through the app but it WAS functional manually.
