For us 🍎🍏 shapes ladies don’t get the curvy line just do 18-24 in straight sizes as the curvy is for 🍐 shapes. Kellie I would love for you to do a review they really are great. The next level stretch ones are soooo comfy or the stretch Mom jeans.
I lovvvve my boyfriend jeans and yes they are ageless. I just turned shhhhh (56) this week and I couldn't live without them. I totally have them from every store, in every color, distressed, cropped, etc. I love them because I hate feeling like a stuffed sausage in skinny jeans. Lordy they were made for a size 2 for sure. I think denim is difficult for most people unless you are a size 10 or under. I'm a rectangle size 14, I have trouble with waist or leg fit, American eagle does a great job and American thread from Target are great as well as kancan. Love the purse and the wide leg jeans

Yessssss thanks for sharing this denim video, I really love denim and like you I struggle to get my fit, I am 5 feet 3 inches and I live in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean where very few store cater for short plus size ladies, every pants has to be altered considerably which is costly as I am watching your video I have 3 denim jeans that I had altered to fit me better from when I bought them. I loved all of your outfits. My favorites: the first casual one you had on. I thought you looked amazing and comfortable. That’s an outfit I would wear to my sons soccer games. I love sweatshirts. I have 3 that have a zipper running down the back of it which adds a little something something to the outfit. Paired with fun sneakers or boots. My second favorite was the mom jeans I believed you called it with the white T-shirt. (Flea market outfit...can’t remember) another outfit I’d wear. You look gorgeous. Love you mean it!!!!💕
At 1:35 I had already said yes 5 times and clapped because of everything you said. Totally with you. For my big belly and smaller legs (especially smaller from the knee down) I fair well with River Island jeans/jeggings. Not every cut works for me but some of them are great. They are mostly higher than mid but not super high waist which I love. I order one size down most of the time and get them from asos or sometimes RI directly if there's a sale (for fellow Germans: Zalando has them too). The Molly cut is a good one to try out I think. The looks you created were all great btw. 💯 Lived the wide legged pair the most.

I feel I'm being forced to wear high rise since it's a trend but in reality mid rise gives me the comfort in the waist vs stuff high rise.
You do such a good job at expressing the fix of the clothing you're wearing also the different body types and where to find them. This will help a lot of fullfigure women especially young women, who are ashamed of wearing what they like. Because they're made fun of. Believe it or not, the best jeans I purchased lately in medium wash and black were from Walmart!! Surprised me. Catherine's have not worked for me in jeans or slacks buti love their tops. I am the apple too and short in the bargain and prefer wide legs or flares.
As being an hour glass ish I have the worse time with jeans. Like they get baggy and when I want to size down they are tight and I don’t like being restricted. I like high waisted jeans. Then you have the cut. Like the refinery 29 ones I went up two sizes to be able to sit in them but super baggy at the waist. 🤦🏾♀️ you made us all proud ! Great video! Classic apple shape here. No hips, thighs or booty. All boobs, belly, broad shoulders. The plus-size fashion industry has trouble with inclusion. Its not often you see apple-shaped models, and clothing designs aren't usually tailored to our bodies either. Its usually the hour-glass and pear-shapes that are shown and designed for. I have a love/hate relationship with jeans. While I do wear them for casual days at work, my go-to for comfort is leggings (leggings aren't allowed at my job). I get marks across my stomach after wearing jeans, and they don't always flatter me in the hip/butt area since they're usually cut for women with wider hips and larger behinds.
NYDJ is the Truth! I purchased mine from QVC on sale for the low low. got wrong size and had to return to go 2 sizes down. Very comfortable and they look great! Also on the look out for some dark wash wide legged jeans!,

THIS. Every American jeans I wear that fit my waist are always lose on my legs and specially when they are lose around my knees they just end up looking sleepy. I did find one from AE which I liked but still is not as tight as I want it to be on my legs.

The reason I wear leggings is that jeans never fit right. Ya, my mid-section is big. But, I don't have hips or much of a butt, thighs or calves. The skinny legs are never skinny on me. I don't know who these companies are using as apple-shaped fit models. We have thicker wastes and tummies and then reign it in from there down, please.

Heather Ludwig it is normal. I have to order 2-3 sizes smaller if not they’re way too big. And the skinny leg is not so skinny if you order your normal size.

Completely agree. Jeans are typically uncomfortable. I finally found the right type of denim design by only using bell bottom jeans. So far I only have found 2 pairs in a size 10/12. I love the style. Makes me feel like a bad ass brown women straight out of a Pam Grier film!!

right !! I'm in love with the AE jeans .. and they run very big .. a size 26 can easily fit in 24 jeans.
In my opinion the curvy fit can be the right choice for both fruits - I say No to exclusive reservations!

Yes, BUT I take it to the dry cleaner and for $18 bucks they tailor the legs to my liking.

Try Torrid jeans. I'm 5'10 and wear a 18 Tall with a pear shaped ( most of my weight in the middle). I find that they have just right amount of spandex.

Heather Ludwig it is normal. I have to order 2-3 sizes smaller if not they’re way too big. And the skinny leg is not so skinny if you order your normal size.

Completely agree. Jeans are typically uncomfortable. I finally found the right type of denim design by only using bell bottom jeans. So far I only have found 2 pairs in a size 10/12. I love the style. Makes me feel like a bad ass brown women straight out of a Pam Grier film!!
