That was deep! hardcore fan of Warren Buffett. I got to start investing in mutual funds because of him and I haven't regretted it.
I wish this was taught in college, and I am just trying to research, learn how to trade stocks and options.
Financial education should be taught in every level of education but because of the misplaced priorities we have in the system, the ignorant man is suffering it.

Investing is a very long journey where our temperament gets tested, we really need to change our approach towards the market.
No one is above mistake, anyone could make wrong decision, People need to know how to make proper investments and not just follow what’s “hot” right now.
I got laid off at work cos of the pandemic. Didn't hit hard because I had always invested in passive incomes over the years. I had invested in stocks & Bitcoin with help from an investment adviser, She made me my first 450k to my portfolio last year. We still have a promising future, but that doesn't mean there won't be will be ups and downs along the way. Stay the course, full steam ahead.

Watched and liked, thanks Kevin. Tons of gems, but I disagree on REIT's and energy. With higher inflation here and growing those stocks are doing extremely well right now. Sure, the world will transition away from hydrocarbons but that's not happening overnight. It's also in so many products that the world would come to a grinding halt without them, even Elon Musk said so.

Thanks Mr wonderful not as rich as you guys but do own three single family homes out right and a pieces of property 21 acreas with log sided garage pond and been investing in divide stocks like National fuel gas ny state electric and gas and hawia electric and gas have few hundred grand in these they pay dividends reinvest it back in more stocks ...Mr O'Leary thinking of buying maybe 50.000$ in telsa shares...keep for long term ...iam 53 going on 54 have some additional cash a few hundred grand thinking of investing in mutual funds any good ones you might recommend for average person respect your advice thanks .. hopefully Kevin don't end up sad by investing so much in telsa shares and they go south like you said hopefully he listing to you

This is exactly what big time investors are talking about, not just you. key thing here is to always trade with a good strategy even if the price goes up or down.
Exceptional interview. Differentiating between liquidity and non-liquidity is essential. People dont know how to evaluate a business by its financial statements. They don't know to buy assets at a cheap price with cash flow then stack those cash flows and wait for more assets to trade at cheap prices. They want to buy at all periods throughout the cycle. Kevin Oleary and Warren Buffet know its a waiting game while stacking cash. As Kevin says cash provides opportunities in times of distress.

Wow, 48% Tesla, yeah I agree with Mr. Wonderful, Kevin is lucky he didn't get kicked in the nuts with that move. Jeez.
O'Leary isn't always that serious and well-mannered in his interviews. This one was a very good one. Unfortunely one can easily see how the interviewer was basically offended and extremely envious. He just couldn't hide it, while O'Leary kept giving him experience and tips for free, which is absolutely classy.

Kevin O'leary must really like being an investor. If i had a net worth of 2 billion id just throw it into an index fund and enjoy the rest of my life travelling around the world in a private jet. Imagine wasting your entire life analyzing company after company with a team when you would just be barely beating the general index.
