I just started my subscription for this build today, super excited. In your opinion was it worth the wait? I heard it was 4 kits a month, so around 2-3 years?
game boy74 Thank you. You can buy them from eBay, here is the link rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F152259342499
Hi! For those who do not have the means to buy the Eaglemoss Version here is my Delorean HQ 1/8 scale downloadable 3D printing STL with instructions available here !: www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/miniatures/vehicles/delorean-hq-special-3dprint-design-530mm
Do you have to build at Pt II car with Mr Fusion, 2015 license plate, etc? Do you eventually get a Plutonium Reactor to put in place of Mr. Fusion? Do you eventually get hover wheels? Pole and hook? Pt. III stuff like red wheels/white wall tires?? Railroad wheels??
the series has been extended to 160 issues, but it will include everything needed for a screen accurate 1,2, and 3. the downside is that the hover wheels are severely lacking asthetically, and require major changes to the model. it is somewhat fragile, but not so fragile that you cant make a working RC car out of it. now of only we could get the "nautilus time train"
DOMEPEACE420 I did do a hover conversion in my earlier videos but wasn’t 100% happy with it. now we have all the parts I might take it apart and slowly do the conversion again and take my time on it this time. I won’t be doing any further issues as once part 1 wheels are on u have to damage the black caps to get them out and change the wheels.
@@miller7992 you must damage the center DMC cap to remove them?!?! Wow thanks for the advanced warning. Havent put mine together. Waiting for all 130 at 50/130
@@miller7992 wow. massive. i weighed my car now. up to issue 18 (motor and trans issues). 3.8 lbs. 1.72kg for you. thanks for the estimate. too bad eaglemoss doesnt specify finnished weight
Great Video! I NEARLY subscribed to this magazine and kind of wish I had now but I've now subscribed to the Build the Terminator one which me and my 9 year old son are building together! I may have to get this one afterwards. I have heard and read that this is really delicate - is that true?
spinksy173 Thank u, yes it is really delicate and the quality isn’t up to par. I’ve spent quite a bit extra on it but I’m happy with the end result. Probably gonna do some more mods further down the line. I really like the look of the terminator build and am holding off due to any probs with it but it does look cool. I wouldn’t waste my money on the engine for the Delorean and the fan arrangement at the front because u will never see them.
@@miller7992 appreciate the honest reply, I think I'm going to try pick up the bulk of it and miss some issues as you stated. The Terminator is great so far, my only worry is how heavy itll be when done (for display purposes)
This is the first video I've run across that accentuates the lights including the flex capacitor. Is that a mod or will it work with the original set up? I'm not good at coming up with mods lol
epoen2012 the flux capacitor and the Xmas tree and the blue flux bands are all mods plus a few other LEDS. The Xmas tree is from modelmodz.com. Blue flux bands are from eBay and the flux capacitor is from madgeeks.com. I put them all together using an Arduino board which needed programming. The pack that comes with model kit is just a basic LED and no working effects
BIGKILLER 2099 yep it’s bloody expensive and these last 30 issues they are really dragging out ! £8.99 for few bits of plastic each week! If it wasn’t for the mods I wouldn’t be happy with it 👎 I’ve probably spent another £200 getting it up to where I think it should be 👍
Silver screws make it look so much better. Are the wipers part of the issues or is that a mod? If it is a mod... let me know how and where please. Loving it.
fantastic as always well done
mine will be complete october 2021. going to build all 130 at once. cant wait. thanks for the teaser!!
DOMEPEACE420 your welcome, enjoy the build.
Lease tell me how you lowered the car
Where did you get the silver screws? Looks sooo much better.

Pickle Cabbage yes that’s right around 2-3 years. Just make sure the parts are in good order. If not then they will send out free replacements.
How does this work seem very interesting lmk asap please and thanks
Ismael Torres I have converted it to USB power
Looks fantastic, may i ask tho where you get so many of them silver MP screws from, looks much better than the black screws they give you.
