Hmmmm…can momigami paper be put through an embossing machine, the with the gold, dry brush to bring out the embossing? I’m thinking probably not since the balling up of the paper breaks the fibres.
If you use the embossing machine to flatten the paper, it might work fine. Using an embossing folder with patterns probably won't appear because the paper is softer from kneading. Hope this helps! 😊
I often use an iron with a wax paper barrier to smooth the wrinkles. Dampening the back of the paper and pressing between heavy books is a great way to flatten the paper. Hope this helps! 😊
