Hey, I want to start with FaB and would like to play Florian. I want to start the full format and not blitz. The obvious way would be to order singles. Would it also make sense to just start with a display of the Set in which Florian can be pulled and from where most of his cards are and then buy the missing singles? So I might have also a nice card stock and might have cards to build another hero from the set besides Florian. Or is the chance of pulling cards I need to small?
I've bought 4 Rosetta boxes, and I can't even finish building Florian. It's too difficult making a full deck relying on random pulls. To answer your concern for being able to build other decks, I couldn't even build Florian, so you equally can't do it for other heroes.

How come not many Florian’s are running runic reclamation? 2 card 9+??
No room and Summer's fall is better.
