Honestly, as much as I love the show, I think the Vault Edition should be based on the comics. Regardless of which version they base it off of though, it needs to include the full story and settings rather than just stopping at Season 4 like the original game. There is a noticeable lack of Negan because of that.
The game is good, I played it once at a casino and the machine was in good shape. Wouldn't say it's a favorite of mine, not even in the top ten but it's fun though it's the theme of it that doesn't do much for me since I've never watched a single episode of the show.
Why the ghostbusters bashing all of sudden? You guys were loving ghostbusters but now it seems you are changing your tune. Has the honeymoon phase worn off?
I played TWD at Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum (check it out if you're ever in Michigan!) VERY early in the games life and just despised it, I'm really glad Stern gave it the care it needed to become a fantastic table. Great episode!
I own this game and love it. I think probably the worst thing is "Rick" and his terribly impersonated voice. i wish they had gotten the real guy, probably a bit too much ask I guess.
Here you go. I recommend KPG's but I think Cleland's is great too. Be sure to pick the correct version (Pro or Prem/LE). Enjoy! pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/walking-dead-le-sound-replacement-v-09/page/16#post-3170669 Fish n Pinball (aka imagamejunky)
It’s a fun machine but I can’t imagine being meh on it and having to pay over $6,000 for one of these machines. I see it online right now for $7-8k which is insane. I played the Premium at a local bar shortly after this machine came out and had fun but it felt cheap with how easy it was to drain the balls. Think it’s funny they say it’s a great game for playing at home when it’s one of the more expensive machines that you’d only see in a pub, unless you can somehow afford one like these guys can. Curious to know what they do that lets them buy machines like these on a regular basis
The vault version of The Walking Dead, with Zombie Yeti art and originals voices from the tv show in the call outs.

Mike Kean I still love it!!! (Zach) one of the best sterns made
That's good to hear Zach because it is the one I am looking at buying, debating on ghostbusters or Star Wars, leaning toward ghostbusters though.
