Chaati is actually the earthen vessel the "Ghada" in which they used to boil the milk and then make curd into it, because it is boiled in that earthen pot the milk gets a reddish tone and a unique taste. The machine you were talking about is actually called "Madaani"
Never been to this place but this clearly seems to be a paid promotion. Because, they had nothing much to speak about the food unlike other episodes, their reviews didn’t match their expressions and it was such a brief video!

i have been there while going to ludhiana and trust me the food was shitty, the sabzi we ordered was cold and felt like it was not even fresh.
