It's increase per year and your promotion depends on your work I have seen people working in same position since 10 years and I have seen also getting promoted in 2nd contract
Though I know its funny but still want to ask you that which one would choose between flight attendant (cabin crew) or cruise cruise and please mention reason behind your choice
Bro if o would not work on cruise ship may I could choose flight attendent but after working on ship and seen both jobs very closely I choose cruise ship. Reason behind this is that I don't like flight schedule sometimes you have late flights midnight flights and hectic schedule. On cruise ships you have mostly 10 hours fix schedule and then no need to travel for work look for food or laundry everything is well organised salary also very good . Only disadvantage that you don't get paid on vacation
