There won’t be a story made under Disney’s supervision with that general tone. They can’t sell man-made horrors beyond our comprehension in the toy aisle or feature it on their family-friendly streaming app.
I watched the two episodes its nore of a kids show the writing is abit simple but not bad the kids acting is ok better than expected i would watch it only if ive got nothing else to do
I’m honestly intrigued what Jude Law saw in the project that made him sign up, but other than that I’m not interested. It’s gonna be another Andor at best where nobody watches it till word of mouth tells you it’s actually great but by then the damage will be done and it’ll get cut off at 1-2 seasons.
I don’t care if it’s good or not. It’s not Star Wars. Just like Andor wasn’t Star Wars. I’m sick of this trend of taking an original idea that might not have gotten past the development stage, and Trojan Horsing it onto a well known IP to get it made (Todd Philip’s Joker movies and Max’s Penguin series are prime examples).
It's not what I want from Star Wars, but since I don't care about it, this will probably be the one that works
Could Star Wars Skeleton Crew be GOOD?!
Insert the Jonah Jameson meme.
Would it even matter by this point ?
BSUP clips are all that sustain me anymore, thank you, gentlemen o7
Rumour has it that Skeleton Crew is the opposite of Andor. Do with that information what you will. 😳
Fart jokes?

Where's the Star Wars with horrors beyond my understanding? Medical surgery, sapient experimentation, etc

If you were really hoping that Spy Kids in space got turned into a series then sure enjoy. This is for children
Chris Gore mentioned that in episode 3 there's a girl with two moms. So space lesbians again.
The cold open was "Mandalorian good" and then the rest of the first two episodes were a snooze.
It could, but I couldn't care less 😅

Having only seen Mr Brown's roast of the first episode, I dislike the setting, the characters, and the plot.

I respect your viewpoint . . . but a position with no room for shows as good as _Andor,_ or _The Penguin,_ is just too uncompromising for my blood.
